These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Apex Academic Centre website, the MyAPEX app and our online tutoring services (together, the "Services"). By booking a tutor or using the Services, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the learner in your care.
1. Who we are

2. Our service
- We match learners with verified tutors based on curriculum, subject, stage and goals.
- Lessons are delivered live online and are recorded for the learner's revision.

3. Bookings and the MyAPEX app
Bookings, packages, scheduling and progress are managed through the MyAPEX app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, packages and any applicable taxes are shown at the point of booking in your local currency where available. Payment terms, currencies and refunds are set out in the MyAPEX app at checkout. [Client pricing per market — to be confirmed.]
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled in line with the notice period shown in the app. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be chargeable.
6. Tutors, conduct and safeguarding
Tutors are verified before joining the platform. Sessions are recorded, and we expect respectful, professional conduct from tutors, learners and parents/guardians alike. Please report any concern to us immediately.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, share account access, record or redistribute sessions outside the app, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All materials we provide remain the property of Apex Academic Centre or its licensors and are for the learner's personal educational use only.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
